Leads are opened by clicking on a link in the email notification or task. The lead opens at the specific item referred to, minimizing extraneous “drill-down” to the task at hand.
An email client and an internet browser are the only software required. Personalized technical support and future training are also included with the program. There is no limit to the database size, number of users or email templates.
